Associate Product Manager
Job Summary:
At CLIRNET, we are looking for an Associate Product Manager who will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze customer behavior, market trends, and product performance data to inform and improve the company’s product strategy and roadmap. You will be responsible for identifying key insights, communicating findings, and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement product enhancements
Key Responsibilities:
·Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement
·Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate product performance.
·Analyze user behavior and customer feedback to identity areas of improvement for product usability and features
·Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop product requirements and specifications
·Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback on product functionality and design.
·Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and user needs to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (eg, Business Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)
·2-5 years of experience in product analysis or a related field.
·Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation, modern, and visualization.
·Experience with agile product development methodologies is a plus.
·Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
