Under Projects to Support Operation Team as an assistant by providing accurate and efficient administrative to the Management. 

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To support the Business Process for unit in term of maintain system SAP
  • To manage Booking for Internal order, Records, Reports etc.
  • Creation of PRs for Indirect sourcing, Sales orders
  • Creating reports for monthly reviews
  • Coordination with Project Management teams monthly data inputs
  • Arranging Bank Guarantee and Contract Agreements
  • Maintaining cash collection updates
  • Preparing Travel for business and expats (Visa application, Flight, Hotel etc.)
  • Update every end of month for (Timesheet, Overtime & Site Allowance)

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate (Professional qualification is preferred)
  • Knowledge of MS office ( PPT, Words, good competency of excel tools & formulas)
  • ERP/SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • 3 years of minimum experience in a similar profile
