Position Description and Responsibilities As an HR Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the below functions.

Learning & Development 

 Establishing strong partnerships with the Leaders to gain understanding of current training needs and opportunities related to learning and development.

 Create and execute learning strategies and programs, aligned to Company’s values and employee needs.

 Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.

 Conduct and Manage Company Global Learning, Talent Evaluation and Engagement Programs.

 Drive in house trainings (leadership, technical, behavioural)

 Implement various learning methods (e.g., coaching, e-learning, hybrid, instructor-led training)

 Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

 Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.

Culture, Employee Engagement & Communication-

 Instrumental in driving organizational culture and setting priorities with HR leader.

 Drive employee engagement initiatives/programs, Culture forums, DE&I initiatives, employee connect programs, retention discussions/stay interviews.

 Maintains organizational communications such as intranet, bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge on latest updates, training and development events and resources.

 Manage employee communication forums, leadership communication forums.

 Work with leaders on delivering metrics on organization development and talent .

Qualifications And Requirements-

 Post-Graduation / Certification in Human Resources Management from a reputed institute.

 12-15 years of relevant experience in HR roles related to Org Development, Culture, Diversity and L&D.

 Experience of working in matrix, multinational IT organization structure. Shared service / captive center experience is preferred .

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Excellent people management skills and aptitude in problem-solving . Expertise in MS Office tools.

 Travel Requirement: Less than 10% .

 Work Model: Non-Remote 100% from Mohali Office (Mon-Fri), can Work from Home up to 15 days in a calendar yearSkills: training and development,learning methods,l&d
