About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Learn on the job by working closely with the hostel operations staff
- Perform actual administrative duties and tasks, face challenges head-on while sharpening the technical skills it takes to run a kickass backpacker hostel
- Communicate via phone calls, WhatsApp, and on-property with almost every traveler from various cultures and parts of the world on a daily basis (get ready to challenge the people-side of your personality)
- Multitask your way to the top
- Schedule events, promote them, get sign-ups, and finally, conduct them both indoors and outdoors
