- FinOps Manager

Job Description
- Education: BTech/ MCA/ MTech in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- (Build and) Manage a team of multi-discipline FinOps focused resources who can serve both internal and external cloud financial optimization services. Providing team leadership, performance management, coaching and development of resources to ensure continuous learning and development across the team
- Work with stakeholders from multiple global geographies to provide FinOps services. Connect directly with teams such as Application Management, Infrastructure/CloudOps, Finance & Accounting to manage service delivery
- Work with internal Line of Business clients and IT infrastructure teams to properly assess, review and conduct work sessions to identify business technical requirements related to public/private cloud and enterprise services
- Support the Business Partners and Service Owners in providing customized reporting and dashboards to internal stakeholders to provide a view on actual costs vs budget and the drivers of the spend and peaks in usage
- Support the Finance and Accounting groups with reporting against enterprise level commitments vs consumption and future consumption across agreements such as Microsoft EA. Help identify reservations renewals to achieve a lower price point for the business and assist burn down enterprise level commitments
- Partner with other Teams to execute the identified optimization opportunities
- Create FinOps maturity plan and drive implementations
Maintain a detailed understanding of business application concepts and a demonstrated ability to integrate FinOps with IT infrastructure and application services
