Job Description:

  • Execute Learning Need Analysis in line with the Orgwise learning strategy- New Hire / Upskilling / Cross Training / Refresher Training
  • Define and integrate learning with career and individual development plans of employees.
  • Successful rollout of technical, behavioral, managerial, functional learning programs
  • Manage the learning platform to enable classroom learning, digital content, certifications, communities, assessments.
  • Ensure effectiveness of learning by linking learning and development with key business metrics and outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with business leaders to meet learning goals and outcomes.
  • Manage learning budgets and costs in an optimal and effective way.
  • Define and implement learning policies, processes, SOPs to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Form and Manage relationship with external vendors, Existing partners for training & certifications
  • Evaluate channels of training delivery to create and provide feedback to improve performance and facilitation
  • Responsible for quarterly & Annual report of training programs
  • Identify metrics and actions to improve onboarding training effectiveness for new hires impacting throughout, attrition & other key deliverables
  • Campus Fresher training Management
  • Manage escalations with required inputs to stakeholders
  • Own Planning & Forecasting of training requirements for assigned business accounts and influence yearly budget management
  • Experience in Industry certification drive
  • Strong understanding L&D processes and managing Audits
  • Managing Assessments

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Should have 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • In depth experience in Training, Learning and Talent management practices.
  • Should have experience of learning analytics, data analysis, and presenting, and using effectively in decision making.
  • Adept with a variety of learning platforms and methods.
  • Extensive knowledge of the learning partner eco-system.
  • Should have good exposure to IT Industry.
  • Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
