Role Description

• To carry out the production at SPM & Finishing lines, Like Skin passing of CR / HR coils, Slitting and Blanking of coils as per Plan, by following applicable safety and quality standards.
• To ensure daily production at SPM & FL as per PPC plan, to achieve customer compliance on time without compromise in safety & Quality
• Achieve Zero accidents, Implementation of EOHS standards, including compliance to legal requirements.Achieve Zero accidents, Implementation of EOHS standards, including compliance to legal requirements.
• Compliance to IATF 16949 requirements.

Skills

Basic knowledge of Cold Rolling , BAF & ECL, etc

• Hands on knowledge of above processes (Theoretical and practical)

Defects related to cold rolled products and corrective action

Other Details

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Metallurgy engineering
