Educational Qualification:
| 1. Senior Counselor –
1. Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology 2. Preference will be given to candidate with at least 2 years of experience in working on Violence against women issues in a administrative setup with a Government or Non-Government Programmes of with preferably 1 year experience of counseling either within or outside same set-up. Note: Candidate must be Resident Of The Local Community |
| 2. Case Worker –
1. Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or Development Management. (Candidates with Master’s Degree may also apply) 2. Preference will be given to candidate with at least 1 years of experience in working on Violence against women issues in a administrative setup with a Government or Non-Government Programmes of with preferably 1 year experience of counseling either within or outside same set-up. | 3. IT Admin – Bachelors’ Degree with atleast diploma in Computers / IT with Minimum of 3 years experience in data management, Process documentation, and web based reporting formats, video conferencing at State or District Level with Government or Non – Governmental / IT based organizations.
