Educational Qualification:

1. Head of Professional Development Centre 

Essential: Post Graduate/ CA/CMA/CFA and CAIIB

Desirable:  MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Essential Should have held the position of Deputy General Manager and above in Banks / Financial Institutions. Computer Savvy to work in a virtual environment.

Desirable Experience as Faculty in Bank/ Financial Institution Published articles/books. Expertise in any of the areas of Credit management/ International Banking / Treasury Management / Risk Management / Compliance.

2. Faculty Members –

Essential Post Graduate/ CA/CMA /CFA and CAIIB Desirable MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. PHD

Experience

Essential Should have held the position of Senior Management Grade and above in Banks / Financial Institutions. Computer Savvy to work in a virtual environment.

Desirable Experience as Faculty in Bank/ Financial Institution Published articles/books.

3. Deputy Director (Accounts) –

Essential: Chartered Accountant.

Desirable: CMA / CS WORK

Experience:

Essential: Minimum 10 years Post Qualification Experience in abovementioned job profile of which 3 years of experience should be in supervisory grade.

Desirable: Worked as Head of Accounts/ Finance Dept/ Section.

4. Assistant Director (Information Technology) –

Essential: BTech / B.E. (IT or Computer Science) / M.C.A with 60% and above

Desirable: Industry Certifications in LINUX, Networking, Database, Security etc.

Work Experience: Minimum 5 years Post Qualification Experience in UNIX / Linux / Windows / RDBMS / Networking / TCP / IP / SNMP / Active Directory / Web environment / Having knowledge/ Hands on Web Application Development and testing in JAVA/ JAVASCRIPT/ PHP., Experience in Implementing / Managing User Application System shall be added advantage.

5. Assistant Director (Academics) –

Essential: Post Graduate in Commerce/Economics/Banking/ Finance or CA/CMA/CS

Desirable: MBA or equivalent qualifications Ph.D CAIIB CFA WORK Experience:

Essential: Should have worked for minimum 05 years in Banks / Financial Institutions and held position as Assistant Manager or above grade or Should have worked for minimum 05 years in College/ University and held position as Assistant Professor or above grade in banking & finance subjects.

Desirable: Working experience as Faculty Published Articles/ books

6. Junior Executive –

Essential: Graduate with minimum 60% marks in Commerce/ Economics/ Business Management / Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications.

Note: The percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the total marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all semesters / years by aggregate maximum marks in all the subjects irrespective of optional/additional optional subject, if any. The fraction of percentage so arrived will be ignored i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%.

Desirable:

– Diploma in Banking & Finance of IIBF.

– MCom / MA (Economics) / MBA / CA / CMA / CS / CFA.

Age Limit: (As on 01.11.2022)

1. Head of Professional Development Centre – The age of the applicant should not be less than 55 years and should not exceed 62 years
2. Faculty Members – The age of the applicant should not be less than 55 years and should not exceed 62 years
3. Deputy Director (Accounts) – Not exceeding 45 years
4. Assistant Director (Information Technology) – Not exceeding 40
5. Assistant Director (Academics) – Not exceeding 35
6. Junior Executive – 28 years

Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go through IIBF official Notification 2022 for more reference

Salary Details:

1. Head of Professional Development Centre –

1. The monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month (All inclusive. TDS as applicable) with annual increment of Rs. 6,000/-. 15 days leave in a year. (Not encashable nor can be carried Forward)

2. Reimbursement of leased accommodation rent up to the maximum limit of Rs. 30,000/- per month at Kolkata. If the Head-PDC is not opting for the reimbursement of leased accommodation rent, 15% of the remuneration will be paid as HRA every month.

3. Conveyance charges will be reimbursed up to the limit of Rs. 20,000/- per month.

2. Faculty Members –

1. The monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month (All inclusive. TDS as applicable) with annual increment of Rs. 6,000/-. 15 days leave in a year. (Not encashable nor can be carried forward)

2. Reimbursement of leased accommodation rent up to the maximum limit of Rs. 40,000/- per month at Mumbai. If the Faculty Member is not opting for the reimbursement of leased accommodation rent, 15% of the remuneration will be paid as HRA every month.

3. Conveyance charges will be reimbursed up to the limit of Rs. 20,000/- per month.

3. Deputy Director (Accounts) – Emoluments of Deputy Director cadre are presently in the scale of Rs. 75500-4450/11-124450. DA, HRA, and allowances for conveyance, telephone, medical, LFC, Group Medical Insurance etc. will be as per rules in force from time to time. At present total initial package including salary and other perquisites will be approximately Rs. 18 Lakhs (Eighteen Lakhs) per annum on cost to company basis.
4. Assistant Director (Information Technology) – Emoluments of Assistant Director cadre are presently in the scale of Rs. 62900-3800/14-116100. DA, HRA, and allowances for conveyance, telephone, medical, LFC, Group Medical Insurance etc. will be as per rules in force from time to time. At present the total initial package including salary and other perquisites will be approximately Rs. 16 Lakhs (Sixteen Lakhs) per annum on cost to company basis.
5. Assistant Director (Academics) – Emoluments of Assistant Director cadre are presently in the scale of Rs. 62900-3800/14-116100. DA, HRA, and allowances for conveyance, telephone, medical, LFC, Group Medical Insurance etc. will be as per rules in force from time to time. At present the total initial package including salary and other perquisites will be approximately Rs. 16 Lakhs (Sixteen Lakhs) per annum on cost to company basis.
6. Junior Executive – Emoluments of Junior Executive are presently in the scale of Rs.28300-3150/20-91300. They will also be eligible for DA, HRA as per rules in force from time to time. At present total initial package including salary and other perquisites will be approximately Rs. 8 Lakhs (Rs. Eight Lakhs only) per annum on cost to company basis.

IIBF may follow the following process to select the candidates.

For Junior Executive – Online Exam & Personal Interview
For All Other Posts – Nil

Application Fee/Exam Fee: 

For Junior Executive – The application fees for the above post per candidate is Rs. 700/- (+ GST as applicable) (Rupees Seven Hundred Only) (+ GST as applicable).

For All Other Posts – Nil
