Educational Qualification:
| 1. Chief Project Engineer (CPE) (Civil) – Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
Minimum Experience: i. Should be presently working or have retired from Central/State Govt/ PSU/ IIT/reputed Govt. Institutions or reputed private Organisation at the level equivalent to Deputy Chief Engineer or above. ii. Minimum of 25 years post qualification experience in civil works out of which cumulative experience of 10 years in implementation of large infrastructure projects (Highways, railways, ports, shipyard, roads and bridge etc) through the phases of concept, planning, launch, supervision, monitoring, commissioning, contractual disputes/conciliation, arbitration etc. iii. Should have good managerial and interpersonal skills iv. Experience of coordination with Govt and private agencies in all phases of project implementation. |
| 2. Medical Officer –
Essential: a) MBBS Degree / Equivalent from a recognized University. b) Permanent Registration with Medical Council of India/State Medical Council. Desirable: a) Diploma in Industrial Health Or b) Associate fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH). |
| 3. Nurse –
Essential: a) Diploma in Nursing from an Institution recognized by Nursing Council of India. OR B.Sc (Nursing) from an Institution recognizedby Nursing Council of India. b) Valid registration under the State Nursing Council. |
| 4. Project Officer (Mechanical) –
Essential: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% of marks from a recognized University. Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS project etc. |
| 5. Project Officer (Civil) –
Essential: Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% of marks from a recognized University. Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS project etc. |
| 6. Project Officer (Materials) –
Essential: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) with 60% of marks from a recognized University. Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS project etc. |

Essential : a) Two year Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in any of the following areas, with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University:- (i) Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR or equivalent Degree with specialization in HR or equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR OR (ii) Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations OR (iii) Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management. Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc. |
| 9. Draftsman(Mechanical) –
Essential: Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% of marks from a State Board of Technical Education.Or Pass in SSLC and ITI –NTC (National Trade Certificate) in the trade of Draughtsman (Mechanical). Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc. |
| 10. Project Assistant (Accounts) –
Essential: Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from a recognized University. Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc. CA/CMA (Inter). |

Essential: Three year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 60% of marks from a State Board of Technical Education. Desirable: a) Diploma in Materials Management. b) Proficiency in Computer Applications like SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc. |

Essential: a) Pass in three year Diploma in Commercial Practice/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology with 60% of marks from a State Board of Technical Education. OR b) Degree in Arts (other than Fine Arts/Performing Arts)/ Science/ Mathematics/ Commerce/ Computer Applications/ Business Administration with 60% of marks from a recognized University. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
