• Develop recruiting leads with strategic planning skills
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Develop Networking to identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Follow up with clients and assist in onboarding process
• Coordinating with candidates for scheduling interviews Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
• Strategic planning on increases the data base of Candidates
• Experience in US Recruitment is added advantage
