The Thalappakatti Biriyani Hotel’s roots can be traced all the way back to 1957. Founded by Mr. Nagasamy Naidu under the name Anandha Vilas Biriyani Hotel in Dindigul. He always wore a turban called Thalapa(a traditional headdress), which over the years became synonymous with his brand and cooking styles, leading him to earn the nickname ‘Thalappakatti Naidu’ which would eventually become the name of our brand and restaurants. About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Develop supply chains
- Ensure vendor delivers products in a timely manner
- Work on MIS
- Work on analyzing data and preparing reports on supply chain trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare purchase orders and other paperwork necessary to place orders with suppliers
