Job Description

Competencies / Skills:

• Should have hands-on experience in maintenance of CNC HMC, VMC, Turning, and CNC Grinding machines.
• Should have hands-on experience of spindle functioning/ correction, tool change, tool setting, machine accuracy setting, alignment setting & component accuracy setting.
• Should have knowledge of problem solving tools DMAIC, why-why analysis,8D.
• Should have knowledge of machine maintenance & process maintenance. Work experience in production engg. related to machining process design will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to analyze & take countermeasures for process & maintenance breakdowns.
• Should have working knowledge of ISO (Quality &Safety).
• Should have good soft skill, shop floor management skills. Should have experience of handling a team at shop floor like conflict management.
• Should know PDM tools predictive maintenance tools which will support reduce breakdown
• Should be having hands-on skill about spindle repair, Spare part repair
• Should manage Inventory budget and having exposure to spares procurement
