Our Exciting Opportunity

• We are looking for a leader who can handle the line management & Operations for Platform & Cloud team within DIO. He should guide his team while working on critical issues. He is is responsible for supporting assigned service delivery operations across the delivery units and towards specific user groups as per the agreed SLAs. The role involves management of staff, ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed contracts (follow-up on set KPIs), involvement (or responsibility) in budget activities and working on improving the organization efficiency, processes, and methods within the relevant area.

You will

• Focus on Cloud competence & automated ways of working
• Building DevSecOps culture within team
• Ensure delivery execution according to contract/assignments or internal targets
• Responsible for people management and building a motivated team
• IT Infrastructure Operations, Surveillance and Ticket Handling
• Improve the framework/process for the delivery of services.

To be successful in the role you must have

• Leadership skills: People Leader, Strategic Thinking, and excellence in execution
• Cloud/Windows/VMware/Linux/Databases/SCCM technical certifications are added advantages
• People management
• Stakeholder Management
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Drive continuous Improvement
• Values and behaviors: Integrity and a team player
• Cloud/Windows/VMware/Linux/Databases/SCCM technical certifications are added advantages
• Ability to manage 24X7 delivery

Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in BTech/Mtech Or MCA

Experience: 10-15 yrs
