Position Description
Outbound Operations / Dispatch Planning, Manage Dispatch Activity, Transportation Planning, FG Inventory management, Freight management, Customer Handling, etc
Primary Responsibilities
- To Raise RFQ for vehicles requirement.
- To obtain the freight offers.
- To negotiate with the transporters.
- Timely placement of the vehicles.
- E-way bill generation for outward consignments.
- To coordinate with accounts and Operations team for update of the documentation job.
- Follow-ups all Inward & Outward material with Vendors, Transporters, Drivers, Customers, Purchase Dept. In Head Office and Plant Purchase.
- To interact with Marketing Dept. & close all related queries.
- To discuss with Commercial team for Paper Change.
- Daily discussion with Transporters related to avoid any kind Logistics Issues.
- Prepare MIS Reports.
- Daily Inwards Material & Daily Outward Material
- Daily Planning vs Dispatch
