Role: HR Executive- Branch HR Compliance

Location: Hyderabad

Education: MSW

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in any HR function and interest in compliance and governance.

1. Key Responsibilities and Tasks

· Responsible for all labour law compliances applicable to the company and its clients including application for registrations/License, prepare and file periodic returns, compute and deposit payments/contributions, prepare and maintain various registers.

· Analyze applicability of various provisions of labour law statutes.

· Keep track of amendments in labour laws and analyze applicability/ impact on the company and clients.

· Responsible for updating changes in Acts, Rules, Procedures under compliances.

· Liaison with third party consultants, wherever required, to undertake compliances applicable in the Branch.

· Support in client audits as well as other internal & external audits for the Branch and work with relevant stakeholders to address reported HR non-conformances.

· Assess HR risks/gaps by planning and performing compliance checks/audits at Branch level and act/escalate, where necessary, in response to identified non-compliances.

· Maintain and monitor HR risk register for the Branch.

· Maintain a repository of manpower data (direct & indirect) as well as artifacts/evidences/ documentation for all HR compliance related audits, grievances, ethical concerns, disciplinary and legal proceedings for the Branch.

· Conduct and/or cascade targeted training on HR compliance-related topics, internal policies and practices to enhance awareness among managers and HR team of the Branch.

· Support the Corporate Compliance Team in investigations, enquiries, disciplinary and legal proceedings/Court Matters.

· Support in regulatory and process audits conducted by global HR compliance team.

· Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, policy & process improvements and work with relevant stakeholders to strengthen compliance controls.

· Act as the primary contact point with respect to HR compliance matters for the Branch.
