Roles and Responsibilities:

• This role includes the selection process for new hires, onboarding, benefit administration, learning & development, performance reviews, succession planning and exit in the IT Space.
• Someone who has hands on experience when it comes to Performance Appraisal.
• The candidate must develop the HR Programs & Policies and put into action to provide a wholesome working environment.
• Keeping up with trends, best practices & new technologies in talent management, human resources and employment law are essential.
• Expertise in preparing and presenting MIS Report which includes Monthly Manpower numbers and Attrition Analysis among others.
