Educational Qualification:

1. General Manager (Engg.) – Full time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University / Institute.
Essential Post Qualification Experience: 
Total 15 years experience in the field of PMC / EPC / Real Estate / Infrastructure. Should be presently working on regular basis for a minimum period of 02 years in one step below post (E-5) in the scale of pay of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/- (IDA) or Level 13 – 1,23,100-2,15,900/- (CDA) if working in Government/PSU or otherwise drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs. 28 Lacs for the last 2 years, if working in private sector Company/Banks. The candidate should have experience in overall execution & monitoring of Multi – disciplinary large value Projects independently (residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, highways, railways and infrastructure sector etc.). Should have thorough knowledge of various tender formats including CPWD, FIDIC conditions etc. Should be well conversant with the preparation of Project budget, cash flow etc. Shall possess ability to lead multidisciplinary team of engineers and should be able to handle Division / Region independently. Shall possess knowledge of PPP projects and preparation of presentations for the management. Should have handled matters which are normally associated with senior positions like Corporate Affairs, Business Development, Arbitration, Claims & Liaison work with Govt. Departments / Ministries. Candidates having proficiency in use of Computer will be preferred.
2. Addl. General Manager (Corporate Communication) – Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/ Advertising & Public Relations of two years from Government recognized Institute/ University.
Essential Post Qualification Experience: 
Total 12 years experience. Should be presently working on regular basis for a minimum period of 02 years in one step below post (E-4) in the scale of pay of Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/- (IDA) or Level 12 Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200/- (CDA) if working in Government/PSU or otherwise drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs. 25 Lacs for the last 2 years, if working in private sector Company/Banks. Candidate should have experience in corporate Imaging in Public domain, Inhouse communication, Designing and production of Newsletters / other publications, Media Management. In-depth knowledge of print and electronic mass media as well as advertising. Candidate should have excellent command in English – both written and spoken. Candidates having knowledge and proficiency in use of Computer will be preferred.
3. Addl. General Manager (Systems) – Full time Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering from government recognized University/ Institute.
Essential Post Qualification Experience: Total 12 years experience. Should be presently working on regular basis for a minimum period of 02 years in one step below post (E-4) in the scale of pay of Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/- (IDA) or Level 12 Rs. 78,800–2,09,200/- (CDA) if working in Government/PSU or otherwise drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs. 25 Lacs for the last 2 years, if working in private sector Company/Banks. Candidate should be well versed in ERP environment and upkeep of the Information Systems/communication systems including web designing, database, software, hardware, network and allied equipments. Desirable Qualification: Candidates having Master Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science will be preferred.
4. Assistant manager (Software developer) – Full time Degree in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology or Master in Computer Application (MCA) from recognized University/ Institute with 60% aggregate marks
Essential Post Qualification Experience: Minimum two (02) years experience in software development, web designing, ERP development & maintenance. 01 year relaxation in experience will be provided to that candidate who has done M.Tech. Course.

Age Limit: (As on 15.04.2023)

1. General Manager (Engg.) – 49 Years
2. Addl. General Manager (Corporate Communication) – 45 Years
3. Addl. General Manager (Systems) – 45 Years
4. Assistant manager (Software developer) – 33 Years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Salary Details:

1. General Manager (Engg.) – Rs. 90,000- 2,40,000/-, E-6
2. Addl. General Manager (Corporate Communication) – Rs. 80,000- 2,20,000/-, E-5
3. Addl. General Manager (Systems) – Rs. 80,000- 2,20,000/-, E-5
4. Assistant manager (Software developer) – Rs. 40,000- 1,40,000/-, E-1

Selection Process:

The selection criteria for all the four posts will be by way of Personal Interview. The Selection criteria may change depending on the response received against the post. Decision of NBCC will be final in this regard. Selected Candidates will be entitled for remuneration consisting of Basic Pay, DA (on IDA pattern), HRA, Perks & Allowances under Cafeteria Approach, & Performance Related Pay (PRP). In addition to this CPF, Medical facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, Leave encashment is paid as per the rules of the Company.

– Applicants/Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs. 1000/– Candidates will be levied tax/charge from their transaction bank (as applicable). SC, ST, PWD & Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.- Candidates are required to make application fee payment through debit card/credit card/net-banking.
