In this role you will be responsible for all FP&A support for the global phone’s sales organizations.As a key member of the Field Finance Team, you will help the Sales teams drive towards financial goals across a complex product landscape. Understanding the forecast, providing insight to Sales and Finance leadership.What You’ll Do

• Provide finance support to the WW Phones leadership team across a large, complex, and geographically diverse landscape
• Preparation of weekly ARR outlook/forecast
• Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities, driving high standards of accuracy
• Improve existing financial frameworks and flow of information through innovation and optimization and establish consistent use across the business – planning/budgeting, weekly forecasting, and reporting/analysis for bookings/revenue/ARR
• Build financial scenario models to evaluate business cases for profitable growth
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support key initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership, finance peers, sales operations, and employee experience on improving data-based run-the-business routines and ways of working

What you need to succeed

• 10+ years professional experience in finance, business intelligence, or related field – software industry and sales finance experience preferred
• Advanced analytical abilities with large/complex data sets with high standards for accuracy
• Strong Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint skills; experience with SFDC, PowerBI, Tableau and TM1 a plus
• Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to challenge the status quo and provide recommendation
• Capability to model and present complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format
• Ability to sort through high complexity and present upshots in easily digestible formats
• Effective communicator – strong verbal/written communications
• Ability to multi-task in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves
• Strong collaborator
• CA/CPA/CMA/MBA preferred, but not required in lieu of ad
