Job Overview:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the OLA Experience Center. They will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the staff. The Store Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets, maintains high customer satisfaction, and operates within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the OLA EV Vehicle Store (Experience Center), including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and manage staff, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and attractive to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure the store is operating efficiently and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including new product releases and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the EV Vehicle Store at community events and other marketing opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Any Education Qualification
  • 4+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing staff.
  • Knowledge of 2W and 4W Market and sales.
