Job DescriptionCompetencies / Skills:

• Define processes (Quality Operating Systems) required to produce Cylinder Block & Cylinder Head, Crank Shaft.
• Should have exposure to tool Geometry
• Should have the exposure of 3C machining process.
• Hands on Experience on Tool setting in Royal / Zoller
• Should have knowledge of DMAIC, Error Proofing, QC tools, SQC & 6 Sigma.
• Should have hands-on knowledge of QLCM & FIS. Should be able to read/analysis reports of above software.
• Should be able to analyze FIS reports for constraint management.
• Should be able to read process sheets and CMM reports and able to provide program correction accordingly.
