Educational Qualification:
| 1. Project Scientist-I – Ph.D. Marine Biology/Oceanography/Organic Chemistry or M.E/M. Tech in the area of Ocean Engineering, Ocean Modelling and other marine related studyDesirable : Experience in simulation, marine dispersion modelling and marine ecology |
| 2. Project Associate-I – M.Sc. Environmental Science/ Botany/Zoology/ Medical Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry (or) B.E. BiotechnologyDesirable : Experience in analysing water/wastewater, marine ecological parameters, environmental impact assessment study, ecological modelling and knowledge in ISO 17025: 2017 standards. As a part of the project, extensive fieldwork may be required. |
| 3. Field Assistant – B.Sc. Physics/Chemistry/Botany/ZoologyDesirable : Adequate basic computer knowledge and experience in account/record keeping. As a part of the project, extensive fieldwork may be required. |
Age Limit:

Salary Details:
| 1. Project Scientist-I – Rs. 56,000/- + HRA |
| 2. Project Associate-I – Rs. 31,000/- + HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE (OR) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions ₹25,000/- + HRA for others who don’t fall under (i) above |
| 3. Field Assistant – Rs. 20,000/- + HRA |
