Roles And Responsibilities
- Supervising day to day of the administrative department and staff members.
- Ensuring fulfilment centre is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling and promoting office events including meetings, conference, training session etc.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trade persons (eg electricians)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovation, event planning etc)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes & business development
- Ensure all support activities are carried on effectively and efficiently to allow the other operations to function properly.

- An analytical mind with problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven work experience in related field such as management is preferred.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects & deadlines
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
