Roles And Responsibilities

  • Supervising day to day of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Ensuring fulfilment centre is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling and promoting office events including meetings, conference, training session etc.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trade persons (eg electricians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovation, event planning etc)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes & business development
  • Ensure all support activities are carried on effectively and efficiently to allow the other operations to function properly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • An analytical mind with problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven work experience in related field such as management is preferred.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects & deadlines
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
