Educational Qualification:  

1. Senior Advisor (Credit rating) 

-Post graduate/ Master’s degree in Commerce/ Public Finance/ Business Administration; Chartered Accountant/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Note: Qualifications will not be a constraint for candidates with the right experience

Minimum Experience:

– Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience (of which at least 5 years managerial and/ or project management experience) in the areas of banking operations and/ or finance in relation to the responsibilities and skills defined.

– Experience in the areas of FinTech and/ or underwriting and/ or risk-advisory and/ or credit evaluation/ collections/ bureau analysis will be preferred.

– Exceptional understanding of financial concepts and their applicability to live situations, banking systems, working of financial institutions, bill discounting, working capital finance, monetary and fiscal policies, priority sector lending and recent trends in the banking and finance space.

2. Senior Advisor (Platform Onboarding) –

– Post graduate/ Master’s degree in Commerce/ Public Finance/ Business Administration/ Chartered Accountant/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Note: Qualifications will not be a constraint for candidates with the right experience.

Minimum Experience:

– Preference will be given to candidates who have designed and rolled out Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) and manuals that make lending by FIs possible.

4. Senior Advisor (TReDS) –

– Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience (of which at least 5 years should be managerial/ project management experience) in the areas of banking operations and/ or finance in relation to the responsibilities and skills defined.

– Experience in the areas of TReDS platforms/ trade finance/ invoice discounting/ letters of credit/ credit evaluation of MSMEs will be preferred.

– Exceptional understanding of financial concepts and their applicability to live situations, banking systems, working of financial institutions, bill discounting, working capital finance, monetary and fiscal policies, priority sector lending and recent trends in the banking and finance space.

5. Senior Advisor (Operations and Compliance) –

Post graduate/ Master’s degree in Commerce/ Public Finance/ Business Administration/ Chartered accountancy/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Note: Qualifications will not be a constraint for candidates with the right experience

Minimum Experience:

– Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience (of which at least 5 years managerial and/ or project management experience) in the areas of banking operations and/ or finance in relation to the responsibilities and skills defined.

– Experience in the areas of MSME risk evaluation across banking operations/ regulatory and Compliance/ credit evaluation will be preferred.

– Preference will be given to candidates who have created and implemented SoPs – including escalation mechanisms, flags to be raised, mechanisms for exception handling etc.

– Exceptional understanding of financial concepts and their applicability to live situations, banking systems, working of financial institutions, bill discounting, working capital finance, monetary and fiscal policies, priority sector lending and recent trends in the banking and finance space.

6. Associate (Credit rating) –

– Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Public Finance/ Business Administration (specialized in Finance)/ Mathematics/ Management Studies/ Chartered Accountant (Intermediate)/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (Level 1).

Minimum Experience:

 Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in conceptualising, designing, implementing and rolling out of modules of work.

– Experience in a business consulting organisation/ Trade promotion organisation/ consulates/ investment facilitation organisations/ in industry associations/ in roles where the individual was involved in conceptualising and rapidly rolling out a programme across the state will be preferred.

– Candidates with an understanding of government processes/ MSMEs (and their pain areas) will be given preference.

– Candidates coming from families (viz. parents, guardian, siblings) operating MSMEs in Tamil Nadu will be preferred.

13. Sr. Associate (Enterprise Facilitation) –

– Graduation in any discipline.

Minimum Experience:

– Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in conceptualising, designing, implementing and rolling out of modules of work.

 Minimum 20 years of relevant work experience in project appraisal of term loans and working capital applications.

– Recovery and collection processes – SFC, DRT, SARFAESI Act.

– Basic familiarity in MS Office, Accounting and Banking software is desirable.

Salary Details:

1. Senior Advisor (Credit rating) – Upto.Rs.10,000 per day, capped at Rs.12,00,000 per annum
2. Senior Advisor (Platform Onboarding) – Upto.Rs.10,000 per day, capped at Rs.12,00,000 per annum
3. Senior Advisor (Banking Operations) – Upto.Rs.10,000 per day, capped at Rs.12,00,000 per annum
4. Senior Advisor (TReDS) – Upto.Rs.10,000 per day, capped at Rs.12,00,000 per annum
5. Senior Advisor (Operations and Compliance) – Upto.Rs.10,000 per day, capped at Rs.12,00,000 per annum
6. Associate (Credit rating) – Up to Rs.2,50,000 per month.
7. Sr. Associate (Platform Onboarding) – Upto.Rs.1,00,000 per month.

Selection Process:

The candidates, in the sequence of shortlisting, whose experience certificates, qualification certificates, and other proofs submitted satisfy the Authority of their veracity, will be called for an interview. The interview will be conducted in English in Chennai. The interview format will be communicated to the candidates through email. In exceptional cases, the Interviews may also be over a video call based on the decision of TN M-TIPB. Subsequent to the interview and the verification of documents TN M-TIPB will issue the Offer of Appointment on Fixed Term basis.
