Educational Qualification:
| 1. RBSK Pharmacist –
Essential Qualification: Certificate of Diploma in Pharmacist issued by recognized institutions and registered in the Pharmacy council |
| 2. Audiologist –
Essential Qualification: A bachelor in Audiology & Speech language Pathology/B.Sc (Speech and Hearing) from RCI recognized institute |
| 3. Audiometic Assistant –
Essential Qualification: The technical person with 1 year diploma in hearing language and speech (MILS) from a RCI recognised institute. |
| 4. Instructor for the Young Hearing Impaired –
Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Child Psychology from any recognized university. |
| 5. Multi Purpose Health Worker –
Essential Qualification: 8th pass |
| 6. MMU Cleaner cum Attender –
Essential Qualification: 8th pass |
| 7. ANM – 8th pass Certificate of ANM Qualification from Government or Government approved private ANM school which is recongnized by Indian Nursing Council and Registration Certificate issued by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives council |

| 9. Dental Assistant – 10th std. from recongnized board . Two years experience in a Dental College/Dental Clinic |
| 10. RBSK Pharmacist – 1. Diploma in Pharmacy / Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy. 2. Should be registered in Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council. 3. Computer knowledge is desirable. |
