Educational Qualification:

1. Assistant Manager Mechanical / Electrical / C&I – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent with minimum 60% marks. For SC, ST and PwBD candidates, the minimum required marks is 50%.

Minimum relevant Experience (As on 01-06-2022) in Years: 3+ Years

2. Assistant Manager Finance – Must have passed final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) or Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA)

Minimum relevant Experience (As on 01-06-2022) in Years: 3+ Years

Age Limit: (As on 01.06.2022)

1. Assistant Manager Mechanical / Electrical / C&I – 21 to 41 Years
2. Assistant Manager Finance – 21 to 41 Years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Go through OPGC official Notification 2022 for more reference

Salary Details:

1. Assistant Manager Mechanical / Electrical / C&I – E1
2. Assistant Manager Finance – E1

Selection Process:

– The assessment of short-listed candidates applied against any post, will be made through Personal Interview only. Mere qualifying as per the qualification criteria described above does not give a right for shortlisting for the interview.

– The candidates will be selected based on the performance in Personal Interview, organizational requirement and vacancies to be operated.

– In the event of large number of short-listed candidates, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria by taking into account the qualification and/or experience to restrict the number of candidates for assessment/ Personal Interview.
