Main responsibilities:


# Responsible for all activities related to shift operations and Maintenance.

# To carry out the maintenance of all auxiliary equipment’s.

# To carry out the routine and schedule maintenance and troubleshooting of Alfa Laval Separators like SU 300, SU860, FOPX and LOPX models.

# To carry out the routine and schedule maintenance of Air compressors.(Single and Multistage)

# To carry out the routine and schedule maintenance of Various pumps(Centrifugal, Reciprocating etc.,)

# To carry out the routine and schedule maintenance of PHE #To Implement plant operation/Maintenance schedules and procedures.

# To efficiently and effectively shutdown/Starter

# To Implement safety procedure and ensure compliance with safety and environment activities.

# Spares parts and consumable procurement activities and inventory control activities.

# To know the operation and maintenance knowledge about Wartsila W9L26 & 9R32LN model HFO engines.

Requirements:


Education : Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical

Experience : 10 + years of relevant working experience in DG power plant.

Job location: Hosur, Tamilnadu
