Educational Qualification: (As on 01.01.2022)
| 1. Engineer Trainee (Electronics) –
Minimum Qualification: Full time BE/B.Tech. Degree in Electronics Engineering from a recognised Institute/university. |
| 2. Technical Trainee (Electronics) –
Minimum Qualification: (1) B.Sc. (Physics/Electronics). Diploma in Electronics (ECE) and Electrical (EEE). |
| 3. Technical Trainee (Electrical) –
Minimum Qualification: (1) Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. |
| 4. Administrative Trainee –
Minimum Qualification: (1) Graduate from a recognized university (2) Knowledge of typing & use of personal computers and applications. Desired: Fluency in spoken and written English. |
Age Limit: (As on 01.01.2022)

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Stipend:
| 1. Engineer Trainee (Electronics) – Rs. 25,000 p.m. Tenure: Initial 1 year to be extended by one year (Max. 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance). No absorption after training. |
| 2. Technical Trainee (Electronics) – Rs. 16,000 p.m. Tenure: Initial 1 year to be extended by one year (Max 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance). No absorption after training. |
| 3. Technical Trainee (Electrical) – Rs. 16,000 p.m. Tenure: Initial 1 year to be extended by one year (Max 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance). No absorption after training. |
| 4. Administrative Trainee – Rs. 15,000/- pm. Tenure: Initial 1 year to be extended by one year (Max 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance). No absorption after training. |
