Educational Qualification:

1. Assistant General Managers (Scale V) 

– Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB

– Having minimum 2 years of banking experience in Chief Manager cadre (Scale IV) in Public Sector Bank/ Old Private Sector Bank/ New Generation (Minimum as VP/DVP) Bank with expertise in General Banking & operations / Credit / Treasury / International Banking Division / Technology / Retail Banking/CASA Marketing/ NRI Marketing/ Sales Management/ Recovery / Legal. (Minimum 20 years of Banking experience).

2. Chief Managers / Regional Development Managers (Scale III & IV) –

– Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB who are willing to manage field operations as well as branches.

– Having minimum 3 years of banking experience in Scale 2/Scale 3 Cadre in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having minimum 5 years of banking experience as Senior Manager in New Generation Bank with expertise in General Banking / Credit / Treasury / Technology / Retail Banking/CASA Marketing/ NRI Marketing/ Sales Management. (Minimum 15 years of overall Banking experience for RDM and 12 years for Scale IV)

3. Branch Managers / Deputy Managers (Scale I, II & III) –

– Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB

– Having minimum 3 years of banking experience as an Officer / Manager in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having minimum 5 years of banking experience as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager in New Generation Bank with adequate knowledge in General Banking & operations / Credit / Treasury / International Banking Division / Technology / Retail Banking/CASA Marketing/ NRI Marketing/ Sales Management/ Recovery / Legal.

4. Assistant Managers / Branch Development Managers –

– Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB

– Having minimum 3 years of banking experience as Clerical cadre in Public Sector Bank/ Old Private Sector/ New Generation Bank with adequate knowledge in General Banking & operations/ Credit/ Technology/ CASA/ Sales Management/ Legal.

5. Relationship Managers I / II –

– Post Graduate/Graduate

– Having minimum 1 year of banking experience as Clerical cadre in Public Sector Bank/ Old Private Sector/ New Generation Bank with adequate knowledge in General Banking (Sales & Operations)/ Credit/ Technology/ CASA/ Sales Management

Age Limit:

1. Assistant General Managers (Scale V) – 40 years & Max – 50 years
2. Chief Managers / Regional Development Managers (Scale III & IV) – Min – 35 years & Max – 50 years
3. Branch Managers / Deputy Managers (Scale I, II & III) – Min – 25 years & Max – 40 years
4. Assistant Managers / Branch Development Managers – Min – 24 years & Max – 30 years
5. Relationship Managers I / II – Min – 22 years & Max – 28 years
