Educational Qualification:  

1. General Manager (HR&Admin) – MBA’s or P.G. Degree / Two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognised University / Institution with 15 (fifteen) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA / CDA Scale of Pay or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 18,42,360/- per annum – PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organisation. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.
2. General Manager (Operations) – Should have held CHPL / ATPL (H) and at least 5000 hrs of Helicopter Flying out of which 3000 hrs as PIC + IR and should have minimum 20 hours of night flying experience

Experience: Candidate should have 15 (fifteen) years’ experience in administration of operations out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA / CDA Scale of Pay or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 18,42,360/- per annum – PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organization. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

3. General Manager (Flight Safety) – CHPL / ATPL License endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company. OR Aircraft Engineer with AME License endorsed for the helicopter operated by the Company. OR Should be a Helicopter Pilot / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with Safety Experience with or without flying / medical category. OR Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognized University with Safety Experience

Experience: Minimum 15 years of Executive Experience out of which 7 years of experience of Incident Investigation and Safety Audit etc out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA / CDA Scale of Pay or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 18,42,360/- per annum – PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organization.  Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

Desirable: Basic Training on Incident Investigation, Safety Audit and Safety Management System. A Sound Knowledge on Civil Commercial Operation / Maintenance with analytical skill and Computer Literacy.

4. Joint General Manager (HR&Admin) – MBA’s or P.G. Degree / Two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognised University/ Institution with 12 (twelve) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA / CDA Scale of Pay or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 16,24,320/- per annum – PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organisation.

Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

5. Joint General Manager (Finance & Accounts) – CA’s / ICWA’s / MBA’s from a recognised Institution / University with specialization in Finance from a recognised University/Institution with 12 (twelve) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA / CDA Scale of Pay or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 16,24,320/- per annum – PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organisation.

Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

6. Joint General Manager (Materials) – Engineering Degree / MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management with 12 (twelve) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA / CDA Scale of Pay or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 16,24,320/- per annum – PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organisation.

Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

7. Joint General Manager (Civil) – Candidate should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering (BE / B.Tech) preferably with an MBA (with specialisation in Construction / Project / Maintenance Management) from a reputed and recognised Institution / University and should have 12 (twelve) years of post-qualification executive experience out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA / CDA Scale of Pay or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 16,24,320/- per annum – PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organisation.

Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

Desirable Qualification: Candidates with multiple project experience in large / medium infrastructure development and conversant with contract management / project management with compliance of Government Guidelines etc would be preferred.  The applicants must be self-motivated professionals with proven leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.  Should also possess considerable drive and initiative with proven ability to manage and develop large building / airports / heliports / projects.  Must have knowledge of computers working experience in MS Office, Excel & Power Point, use of internet and working knowledge of Auto CAD is desirable

8. Asst. General Manager (Vigilance) – Graduation (essential) Degree in Law (LL.B) / MBA (desirable) Preference will be given to candidates having additional academic qualification Specific training in Vigilance / Investigation related course will have an added advantage. Knowledge of CDA Rules / PC Act / IPC – desirable. Should be well conversant with the process and stages of investigation and disciplinary proceedings and having ability to undertaking investigation / inquiry etc.

Experience: Minimum 07 years post qualification executive experience of having held the post as full time Vigilance Officer or relevant investigation experience or having worked as PO on at least three inquiries in a PSU or Government organizations out of which at least 2 (two) years should be at the equivalent next below grade in IDA / CDA Scale of Pay or equivalent responsibility / CTC (Rs. 12,28,740/- per annum – PF & Gratuity as per rules) in a large and reputed organization. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.
