Educational Qualification:
| 1. Hindi Officer –
Qualification: Two years full-time Post Graduate Degree in Master of Arts (M.A) in Hindi from recognized University/College/Institute with good academic record. Candidates should have minimum 60% (aggregate marks of all semesters / years of Graduation) relaxed to 50% for SC / ST Candidates. Certificate holder of Pragya will be preferred. Proficiency of Computer Skills is essential. Post Qualification Experience: Should have minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field. |
| 2. Officer (Company Secretary) –
Qualification: Graduation with ACS Qualification or Qualified Company Secretary having membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) from recognized University/College/Institute with good academic record. Degree in Law (LLB.) is desirable. Proficiency of Computer Skills is essential. Post Qualification Experience: Should have minimum 02 years of experience in the relevant field. |

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Application Fee/Exam Fee:
| A non-refundable account payee Demand Draft for Rs.750/- for General, EWS & OBC (which includes Rs. 500/- as Application Fee and Rs. 250/- as Processing fee) drawn in favour of HMT Limited by any Scheduled Bank payable at Aurangabad, is to be enclosed along with the prescribed application. No other mode of payment is acceptable. For SC/ST category, a non-refundable account payee Demand Draft for Rs.250/-only as the processing fee is to be enclosed along with the prescribed application. No fee to be paid by Persons with Disability (PwD). Application without proper Demand Draft (except PwD) will be summarily rejected. Candidates are advised to write their name and address on reverse side of the Demand Draft. |
