Educational Qualification:

1. Vice President (Finance) 

Essential: CA or CMA

Desirable: Management qualification will be an added advantage

Post Qualification Experience Essential:  Over 25 years post qualification experience in the Finance & Accounts Department preferably in Manufacturing / Service sector. The candidate should have 10 years senior managerial experience out of which minimum 5 years should be as Head of Department.

2. Dgm/Dvp (Finance) –

Essential: CA or CMA

Post Qualification Experience Essential: Minimum 15 to 18 years

3. Regional Manager (CBD) –

Essential:

1. MBA/ MSW

2. Knowledge in Computer applications like MS Word and MS Excel

Post Qualification Experience Essential: Minimum 12 years relevant experience in sales in OTC/ FMGC products

4. Deputy Manager (Finance) –

Essential: CA or CMA.

Post Qualification Experience Essential : 2-3 years of experience in Finance and Accounts Functions.

5. Scientist E3/Scientist E2 –

Essential : M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) + PhD in Pharma

Additional : Patents, Technology transfers in novel drug delivery systems

Post Qualification Experience Essential :

Minimum 5 years experience after PhD for Scientist E3

Minimum 2 years experience after PhD for Scientist E2

6. Junior Scientist (QA) –

Essential : M.Pharm (Quality Assurance) ** No other specializations in M.Pharm will be considered

Post Qualification Experience Essential : 3 years experience in quality assurance (Pharma/Medical Devices)

7. Junior Scientist (Clinical Research) –

Essential : M.Sc with PG diploma in Clinical Research OR M.Sc. in Clinical Research

Post Qualification Experience Essential : Minimum 5years experience in Clinical Trial Management

8. Junior Technical Associate (Analytical) –

Essential : MSc Analytical Chemistry/M Pharm (QC/Analysis)

Post Qualification Experience Essential : Min 2 years experience in analysis and handling analytical equipments

9. Junior Technical Associate (Cell Culture) –

Essential : Master’s degree in in Biotechnology/Biochemistry with 60% marks

Post Qualification Experience Essential : Minimum two years relevant hands on experience in handling cell culture (Primary and Secondary), doing cytotoxicity assays like MTT, DNA/RNA extractions and PCR, real time PCR, Electrophoresis techniques like AGE and PAGE, ELISA, western blotting and Flow cytometry

10. Junior Technical Associate (Microbiology) –

Essential : Master’s Degree in Applied/Industrial Microbiology with 60% marks

Post Qualification Experience Essential : Minimum two years relevant hands on experience in doing routine tests for bioburden analysis, sterility testing of materials, anti- microbial susceptibility of compounds developed, all aimed towards product development, DNA/RNA extractions and PCR, PAGE, ELISA, MPN tests, viral penetration assays, Plaque assays etc.

11. Junior Technical Associate (Natural Products – Chemistry) –

Essential : Master’s degree in Chemistry with 60% marks

Post Qualification Experience Essential : Minimum two years research experience in phytochemical extraction, isolation and characterization. Experience in conducting biological assays. Hands on experience in Accelerated Solvent Extractor, Flash chromatography and HPLC.

12. Junior Technical Associate (Natural Products – Pharma) –

Essential : Master’s degree in M Pharm (Pharmaceutics) with 60% marks

Post Qualification Experience Essential : Minimum two years of research experience in phytochemical extraction, preparation of different types of formulations and formulation studies. Experience in In vitro/in vivo assays

13. Junior Technical Associate (Synthetic Products) – Master’s degree in Chemistry with 60% marks

Post Qualification Experience Essential : Minimum two years relevant hands on experience in synthesis of organic molecules, purification, characterization, chromatographic techniques.

14. Junior Technical Associate (Library) – Essential : Master’s degree in Library Science with 60% marks

Post Qualification Experience Essential : Minimum two-year relevant experience in library functioning in a reputed library. Knowledge/skill in computer applications in libraries

15. Officer (HR) On Regular Basis –

Essential : Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institute

Post Qualification Experience Essential : 5 years’ of experience in HR functions from a reputed organization.

16. Officer (HR) On Fixed Term Contract Basis –

Essential : Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institute

Post Qualification Experience Essential : Minimum 4 years’ of experience in HR functions from a reputed organization.

17. Deputy Manager (HR) –

Essential : Regular full time course in MBA (HR) / MSW / MA (LM) / MA (P&IR) or equivalent from a recognized institute.

Post Qualification Experience Essential : 5 years’ of experience in HR functions from a reputed organization. The candidate should be well versed with all aspects of HR Management and should have sound knowledge of Labour Laws. He should possess sound understanding of HR challenges, latest HR trends / best practices in the industry, excellent organizing skills, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities

18. Junior Technical Associate (Animal House) –

Essential :

1) Bachelor’s Degree in Science

2) Certificate course in animal handling.

Post Qualification Experience Essential : Minimum five-year relevant hands on experience in animal handling, laboratory animal blood collection and post-operative care management
