Educational Qualification:
| 1. Project Engineer – Full-Time BE/B. Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all the years/semesters from recognized University/ Institution. |
| 2. Project Supervisor – Full-Time Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all the years/semesters from recognized University/ Institution. |
| Details of Experience Requirements:-
Project Engineer : Position Code FTA-1 Electrical/Electronics – Minimum one year experience in Installation , Commissioning , AMC for any of the following : a) Propulsion system of Indian Railways b) AC EMU or NON AC ACEMU c) MEMU d) Metro e) Work experience in Indian Railways for above work or any Coach related work. Position Code FTA-2 Mechanical – Minimum one year experience in Installation , Commissioning , AMC for any of the following : a) Propulsion system of Indian Railways b) AC EMU or NON AC ACEMU c) MEMU d) Metro e) Work experience in Indian Railways for above work or any Coach related work. Position Code FTA-3 Electrical / Electronics – Minimum of One year experience in any electronic Industry to get involved in Design / Development and additional experience in software programming in MATLAB/ FPGA/ DSP/ Micro controllers are preferred. Project Supervisor: Position Code FTA -4 Electrical/Electronics – Minimum one year experience in Installation , Commissioning , AMC for any of the following : a) Propulsion system of Indian Railways b) AC EMU or NON AC ACEMU c) MEMU d) Metro Position Code FTA -5 Mechanical – Minimum one year experience in Installation , Commissioning , AMC for any of the following : a) Propulsion system of Indian Railways b) AC EMU or NON AC ACEMU c) MEMU d) Metro |
Upper age limit: 32 years as on 01.11.2022 with minimum 1 year cumulative post qualification relevant work experience for Project Engineers and Project Supervisors. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Salary Details:
| 1. Project Engineer – Rs. 78,000/- per month |
| 2. Project Supervisor – Rs. 43,550/- per month |
Selection Process:
If the number of eligible applicants for a post is in the ratio of up to 1:10 to the number of vacancies, Personal Interviews shall be conducted for all the eligible candidates. However, if the number of eligible applicants for a post is in excess of the ratio of 1:10 to the number of vacancies, the number of candidates will be restricted for Personal Interview on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in Qualifying examination [Degree/Diploma].
Application Fee/Exam Fee:
| A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 200/- is payable by the General, OBC and EWSs candidates. However, SC/ST candidates and Persons with Disability are exempted from paying the processing fee. |
