Qualification / Experience:

– BE/ B. Tech with minimum 1 year of Experience or

– ME/ MTech fresher

Experience details and skill set required:

1. Identifying CAD/CAE areas, responding to customer & working on project scopes.

2. Conducting customer contact for new projects & evaluating project scopes to undertake them at NATRAX

3. Working CAD/CAE software like UG, CATIA, ADAMS, MATLAB, IPG Car Maker and soft

4. Performing competitive analyses and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies in automotive industry.

5. Should have basic knowledge of Automobile and Vehicle system & testing.

6. A sound knowledge of engineering design principles.

Desirable:

– Exposure to Auto projects during engineering will be given added advantage. Participation in BAJA event will be an added advantage.

– Exposure to software like CATIA, UG, ANSYS, SOLIDWORKS will be essential.

– Exposure to any vehicle Development like Electric vehicle, Autonomous Vehicle etc.

– CAD & CAE software skill and application engineering. Exposure to FEM, Optimization techniques, virtual prototyping will be added advantage.

– Proficient in MS office.

Qualification / Experience:

– BE/ B. Tech (Electrical / Mechanical) with minimum 3 to 5 years of Experience in similar role

Experience details and skill set required:

1. Identifying EV testing areas, responding to customer & working on project scopes.

2. Conducting customer contact for new projects & evaluating project scopes to undertake them at NATRAX

3. Working knowledge on EV battery, e Motor, Controllers, Chargers, General vehicle systems, EV driving,

4. Basic knowledge of CAD – UG / Pro-E / CATIA 5. Performing competitive analyses and maintain knowledge of emerging EV technologies in automotive industry.

Desirable:

– Should have thorough knowledge of Electrical Vehicle parts / assemblies.

– Hands on experience of connection of wiring harness of E Vehicles.

– Knowledge of EV / components Testing and certification standards.

– MS office and documentation processes.

– Good communicational and analytical skills.

Qualification / Experience:

– ITI (Electrical / Electronics) with minimum 2 years of Experience in similar role

Experience details and skill set required:

1. Issuing and collecting rental instruments given to customer, while receiving checks for physical damage and ensure functionality of equipment.

2. Maintaining record of equipment usage, outward/inward. Maintain stock register for newly procured equipment or consumable or spare. Keeping record of utilization of consumables and spares.

3. Keeping equipment to their respective place with all accessories, labelling all equipment and spare.

4. Recording all experimental data and test results accurately and in the specified format (written and/or electronic.)

5. Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment. Follow calibration, maintenance schedules and validation schedules.

6. Identify and Ordering laboratory supplies and consumables, as needed.

7. Implement 5s.

8. Keeping up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments.

9. Identify necessary equipment require to complete the test. Follow NABL work instruction to install, commission and record measurement with person who performs the test on vehicles.

10. Manage and store test data. convert data in required formats.

11. Good at learning new software used with various equipment/sensors for configuration and troubleshooting purpose.

12. Good at fault finding in instruments, cables and repair them. Should know multi-meter and oscilloscope usage for fault findings and analysis. Should be good at soldering techniques, and other necessary tools to repair and maintenance of equipment/cable/sensors.

13. Providing technical support, when necessary.

Desirable:

– Good knowledge of Windows and MS

– Good at communication skills

– Should be able to deal with customers while working on site and with them.

Qualification / Experience:

– Diploma (Mechanical / Automobile) after 12th with minimum 5 years of Experience in similar role

Experience details and skill set required:

1. Mechanical work for the fitment of instruments on the vehicle for CSFC, Coast Down, Speedometer & Other CMVR tests.

2. Can identify the mechanical problem in the vehicle.

3. Skills to check for the defect in tire, brakes, engine, Powertrain and hoses etc.

4. Should have basic knowledge of Test standards i.e., the methodology to perform test, understanding basic terminology etc.

5. Should have basic knowledge of vehicle testing.

Desirable:

– Complete knowledge of different components in a vehicle.

– Problem identifying skills

– Tyre changing and other works.

-Familiar with basic MS Office features.

Qualification / Experience:

– Diploma (Mechanical) after 12th with minimum 5 years of Experience in similar role

Experience details and skill set required:

1. Experience in Vehicular Testing, Instrumentation, knowledge in automobile components fitment.

2. Knowledge in repairing electrical and mechanical system like Air Brake system, Hydraulic brake system and engine parts

3. Experience in homologation certification testing, general inspection of vehicles as per standards.

4. Experience with working in cross functional technical teams to accomplish objectives

5. Upkeep Maintenance, Tools handling, test equipment fitment

6. Test vehicle visual inspection and readiness of vehicle

7. Solve vehicle mechanical and electrical issues effectively.

8. Co-ordination for vehicle arrangement.

9. Inspect mechanical and electronic Components

Desirable:

– Highly focused attention to detail.

– Basic knowledge of MS Office
