|1. Engineer – EV –
Qualification / Experience: BE / BTech (Electrical / Mech)
Experience: 5 years
Details and skill set required: 1. Shall have interest in Electrical Vehicles and Knowledge of the EVs. 2. Should have thorough knowledge of Batteries and Motors used in Automobiles. 3. Shall have testing experience in any related automotive field. 4. Hands on experience of connection of wiring harness of E Vehicles. 5. Knowledge of EV Testing and certification standards. 6. MS office and documentation processes.
|2. Technician Laboratory –
Qualification / Experience: ITI (Electrical / Electronics)
Experience: 2 years
Details and skill set required: 1. Must have good knowledge about instruments. 2. Must know how to operate multi- meter, oscilloscope and be good at soldering techniques and other necessary tools to repair and maintenance of equipment/cable/sensors. 3. Must Identify the necessary sensors and equipment’s easily. 4. Must be open to learn new software and use equipment’s. 5. Providing technical support, when necessary.
|3. Technical Assistant – Vehicle Testing –
Qualification / Experience: Diploma in Mech / Auto Engg
Experience: 5 years
Details and skill set required: 1. Should have working knowledge of Mechanical work for the fitment of instruments on the vehicle for CSFC, Coast Down, Speedometer & Other CMVR tests. 2. Should be able to identify the mechanical problem in the vehicle. 3. Skills to check for the defect in tire, brakes, engine, Powertrain and hoses etc. 4. Should have basic knowledge of vehicle testing.
|4. Technical Assistant – Homologation Testing –
Qualification / Experience: Diploma in Mech Engg
Experience: 5 years
Details and skill set required: 1. Experience in Vehicular Testing, Instrumentation, knowledge in automobile components fitment. 2. Knowledge in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical system like Air Brake system, Hydraulic brake system and engine parts 3. Experience in homologation certification testing, general inspection of vehicles as per standards. 4. Experience with working in cross functional technical teams to accomplish objectives
|5. Engineer (EV-Battery Testing) –
Qualification / Experience: BE / BTech (Mechanical/Electronics Experience: 5 years
Details and skill set required: 1. Experience of Electrical Vehicle/ Component/ instruments used in operation and testing. 2. Automotive Traction Battery Certification testing as per AIS:056/048. 3. Working knowledge on Electrical/ electronic wiring, connections, voltmeter/ ammeter and electronics instruments. 4. Knowledge of types of Batteries used in Automobiles their Chemistry and working principles. 5. Knowledge of different equipment/ test setups and machines used for testing of Traction batteries. 6. Knowledge of different regulations/standards used in EV Battery testing. 7. Knowledge of Electrical Vehicles and General Automobiles 8. Experience in Automotive Industry (mainly testing field).
|6. Technician / Technical Assistant – EV Lab –
Qualification / Experience: ITI / Diploma (Electrical/Electronics) similar role.
Experience: 5 yrs. for ITI / 3 yrs. for Diploma
details and skill set required: 1. Should have hand on experience of Electrical instruments like Voltmeter, Magar etc. 2. Should know about batteries and their functioning. 3. Working knowledge on Electrical / electronic wiring, connections 4. Working knowledge of voltmeter / ammeter and electronics instruments. 5. Knowledge of general electronics and related equipment.
|7. Jr. Engineer – PWT / CAE –
Qualification / Experience: BE (Mech / Auto)
Experience: 1 year
Details and skill set required: 1. Must be able to operate/ idea about the Chassis Dynamometer and Emission Analyzers. Good knowledge in identifying a problem and rectify the problem. 2. Must have working knowledge in CAE/CAD software. 3. Have basic knowledge about FEA and associated software. 4. Good knowledge of Windows and MS Office to work on Excel-Sheets, Word and Power point. 5. Good at learning new software used with various equipment/sensors for configuration and troubleshooting purpose.
|8. Technical Assistant / Jr. Engineer – Mech Maintenance –
Qualification / Experience: Diploma / BE / BTech in Mech Egg
Experience: Diploma with 5 yrs. and BE with 3 yrs.
Details and skill set required: 1. Working knowledge of HVAC / FF system maintenance. 2. Plan scheduling for AMC on regular basis. 3. To operate the pump house before testing like softening, dosing, etc. 4. Transfer water from Centralize pump house to T3 and T115. Operation and maintenance of Pumphouse. 6. To keep the record of day-to-day testing.
|9. Executive Asst. – Secretarial work –
Qualification / Experience: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 5 years exp in secretarial work (preferred: female candidates) Details and skill set required: 1. Acting as a first point of contact to visitors: dealing with correspondence, emails and phone calls of Director. 2. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, preparing MOM, sharing MOM, often controlling access to the manager/executive. 3. Organizing department meetings, events, corporate / Client meetings and conferences. 4. Typing English and Hindi letters, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. 5. Managing corporates / Customer databases and filing systems. 6. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. Desired Skills: 1. Good written and oral communication skills. Language preferred – English & Hindi 2. English & Hindi Typing with good accuracy 3. A knowledge of standard software packages such as MS – Office and the ability to learn to new software.

Preparing technical bids, tender documents, purchase orders etc. Desired Skills 1. Good communication skills. Hands on experience on Windows, MSOffice. 2.
