1. Manager [Trust Funds] 

Minimum Qualification: Candidates should possess CA / ICWA

Minimum Relevant Experience (in Years): 20 years

Preferred Experience: Candidates with hands on exposure off handling matters in RPFC and also having experience in relation to Corporate Trust Funds

2. Assistant Manager [IT] –

Minimum Qualification: Candidates should possess full Time Regular Graduate Degree in Engineering or MCA

Minimum Relevant Experience (in Years): 01 year

Preferred Experience: Candidates Working as IT Resource in SAP Environment shall be preferred

3. Assistant Manager [Secretarial] –

Minimum Qualification: Candidates with LLB will be preferred

Minimum Relevant Experience (in Years): 1 Year

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Secretarial Work, compliance pertaining to Companies Act and SEBI Regulations and a Member of ICSI shall be preferred

4. Assistant Manager [Industrial Sales] –

Minimum Qualification: Full Time Regular Graduate Degree in Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical / Chemical / Petro-Chemical / Petroleum

Preferred Qualification: 2 Years Full Time Regular Post Graduate Degree in Management / MBA with a Specialization in Marketing.

Minimum Relevant Experience (in Years): 1 Year

Preferred Experience: Experience in Industrial Lubricants selling through Direct & Indirect Channels. Similar Experience Industrial Consumables.

5. Deputy Manager [Retail Sales & Channel Development] –

Minimum Qualification: Full Time Regular Graduate Degree in Engineering Or 2 Years Full Time Regular Post Graduate Degree / Diploma## in Management / MBA

Minimum Relevant Experience (in Years): 5 Years

Preferred Experience: Candidates with Experience is Sales through Dealer Distributor Network in the field of Retail Sales of Lubricants / Consumables / FMCG / FMCD shall be preferred

6. Manager [Technical Services & OEM] –

Minimum Qualification: Full Time Regular Graduate Degree in Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical / Chemical

Preferred Qualification: M. Tech with a Specialization in Chemical / Mechanical shall be preferred

Minimum Relevant Experience (in Years): 09 Years

Preferred Experience: 9 Years in Technical Services to Automotive OEMs is desirable with minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Lubricant Application / Industry with experience in dealing with Lubricant Additive Suppliers

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. 2. Assistant Manager [IT] – E1 (40000 – 140000)
3. Assistant Manager [Secretarial] – E1 (40000 – 140000)
4. Assistant Manager [Industrial Sales] – E1 (40000 – 140000)
5. Deputy Manager [Retail Sales & Channel Development] –E2 (50000 – 160000)
6. Manager [Technical Services & OEM] – E3 (60000 – 180000)

Selection Process:

The prescribed qualification / experience are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle a candidate for shortlisting and or final selection. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the relevance and quality of experience vis-à-vis the requirements of the advertised role. The Company’s decision shall be final in this regard.
