We are looking for customer service representatives to join our dedicated team and provide the exceptional customer service that is the foundation of our product based software development company. You will be managing customer queries and troubleshooting technical issue through live chat and email support as well as coordinate with our development team to provide resolution to the end users.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

               Responsibilities and Duties

  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Handling customer queries efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Developing training manuals and troubleshooting procedures to help both support executives and the end users to use the software
  • Keeping records of customer interactions
  • Liaising with the development team to provide resolution to the end users
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment. Should be a team player
  • Knowledge of CRMs, SaaS, Digital Marketing and automation is preferable

Proficient computer skills and knowledge of basic MS Excel is a must

Shift: Night Shift with Sat-Sun Off
