R&R Of This Position

• Understand business goals, long term strategic plans and day- to-day Operational issues
• To drive core HR programs such as Talent Acqusition, PMS, R&R, Employee engagement and compensation planning.
• To be custodians of policy & to drive Employee Relations
• Handle employee counseling & grievances
• Working actively on Capability building model, Retention plans and other employee centric initiatives
• To identify the needs of the employees & work towards making the environment conducive to work

Candidate Requirement

• 6+ years of experience with PG degree in HR
• Should be willing to travel.
• Good communication & stake holder management skills
