Ø Managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service cost, delivery & quality norms.

Ø Executing vendor evaluation, vendor rating calculation and necessary actions for under performance.

Ø Consistency evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to pre-defined specifications and supply of quality material/ execution of job works.

Ø Responsible for developing vendors with alternative materials and spares of lower cost and comparable quality, which suits the purpose & are economical.

Ø Accountable for inspection of exact requirement and quantity as per the purchase order.

Ø Coordinating with suppliers/ vendors and getting the quotation of exact materials required.

Ø Handling preparation of price comparisons and selection of vendors based on cost, quality and capability of vendor.

Ø Continuous follow up with the supplier with precise communications / routine visits to supplier in to enhance the quality.

Ø To coordinate and arrange the logistics as per the material specifications (Ex. Weight, Size & Fragile things) on the preferred rate cards.

Ø Candidate must have Civil & MEP Purchase Knowledge.

Ø Looking for immediate joining (maximum 10 days Notice period will be acceptable)
