Job Role:

• Market insights, ideation, initial screening, opportunity creation, Market assessment
• Business Development – concept building, technology, building profitable project ideas, develop accelerated sales plan
• Accelerating the penetration of R|Elan™ in key programs out of Bangladesh & Sri Lanka for global brands and retailers
• Interact with and influence decision makers at key liaison offices of global brands which are based out of Bangladesh & Sri Lanka
• Service brand requirements through mill partnerships across spinning, knits, denims and woven segments in Bangladesh & Sri Lanka
• Business Development: concept building, generating interest from brands & buying offices, obtaining sampling requests, converting sampling to bulk volumes, partnership with key value chain players, close monitoring of timelines
• Take initiative in developing and commercializing new innovative fabrics in line with customer expectations; collaborate closely to fast-track developments

· Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech / M. E. / M. Tech / M. S. in Chemical / Textile engineering, MBA desirable
