Position Overview:

Operations executive will be responsible for development of processes and maintain tracker for creative resources. Maintaining and analysing data, Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the department. Analytical prowess and strategic thinking are essential for this position, as is the ability to coordinate cross-functionally in order to drive real and sustainable impact.

What You’ll Do:

· Responsible for maintaining creative team tracker

· Preparing and sending reports pertinent to team functioning and vendors

· Smooth liaising with the internal and external stakeholders while multitasking on projects- Internal – Marketing, OAP, Design, Performance marketing, Platform, Social media team. External – Production houses, agencies, design vendors etc.

· Coordinating with vendors to ensure deliverables are met

· Auditing vendor and team data

· Ensuring inhouse portal for storing assets is updated and organized

· Knowledge of advance excel is a must

· Good communication skills

Who You Are:

· 3-4 years’ experience in operations and data management

· Strong analytical skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Good comfort level interacting with stakeholders

· Should have managed multiple/complex projects at the same time
