About the Team: We have a lifestyle app that helps consumers discover and explore offline merchants in their city. The team works towards getting the best offers from our restaurant, spa & salon partners and showcasing them to our customers via the consumer platforms (mobile apps & website). The Growth Manager will be joining the Growth team at Paytm.
About the role : The Growth Manager is responsible for ensuring that consumer products work seamlessly.
This involves ensuring that customers are able to browse the website/mobile application easily (through effective merchandising), conversion numbers are maintained (by managing incentives) and channels for user growth are functioning optimally.
Expectations/ Requirements
Manage the overall merchandising on the App
Monthly calendar planning of the activities on the App
Design promotions & track performance of the promotions. Maintain promo spending within a budget.
Liaison with Supply, Finance, Product & Tech teams to deliver on the AOP
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
3-5 years of experience in the eCommerce / internet commerce industry.
Good communication & stakeholder management skills
Experience in domains of user acquisition, customer retention and managing customer lifecycle
Good with handling and analyzing large sets of data. SQL experience is an added advantage
Should be highly data-driven, have strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
Should have an iterative approach – build hypothesis, experiment, collect data and improvise
