• 10+ years of IT experience with over 5 years of experience in project management

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Experience in executing technology or consulting – Projects, predominantly in SDLC/ Agile framework

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Good Knowledge of industry standard Project Management methodologies and frameworks, viz. Agile or Waterfall or SDLC

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Good in preparing / developing project schedules, estimation, establishing measures and milestones, definition, scoping, tracking etc.

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

• Knowledge of managing projects through use of processes like risk management, quality management, Issue/problem management & Scope change management

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

• Excellent communication inter-personal skills

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Excellent client facing/client service skills

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Report delivery status to client and develop required delivery documentations
