Duties

  • Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues
  • Reply to customers and address their concerns
  • Communicate with the client via phone to discuss ongoing issues
  • Provide customers with information and take their queries towards effective resolution
  • Handling customer queries and solving them effectively
  • Accurately complete call logs on CRM/other tools and update necessary data sheets and coding all customer interactions in line with business requirements
  • Maintain the agreed industry standards on each customer interaction.
  • Working closely with colleagues and team members to share information, make new suggestions, and provide feedback surrounding customers’ needs, concerns and issues to the Sales and Customer Service Management team.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, when necessary, via outbound call or email
  • Handle and Manage Customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure timely and proper resolution.
  • Route/Transfer calls to appropriate resource/channel if necessary

Experience

  • Relevant experience in Customer Services or Operations
  • Meet English language proficiency, having good communication skills with an UK accent.
  • Experience in a Voice bases/Blended process which includes Inbound / Outbound / Email / Chat/ Backend processing.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices (Voice, E Mails & Chats related)
  • Experience in working with UK clients

Role specific skills (if any)

  • Proficient in English Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices (Voice, E Mails & Chats related)
  • Good Computer (MS office) and keyboard handling skills
  • Understanding of Contact Centre processes, reporting, MIS etc.

Any Graduation
