HR Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Utilizing various sourcing methods like Web portals (i.e., Naukri, LinkedIn, Headhunting).
  • Referring Internal Database, Employee referrals, etc.- Screening & short-listing candidates’ profiles as per the requirements.
  • Co-coordinating with candidates for interview & conducting a telephonic interview before shortlisting candidates – Interacting with the candidate, doing the initial screening.
  • Preparing candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about business strategy, job descriptions, and expectations.
  • Arranging for personal interview on shortlisting, having good coordination with the Hiring Panel arranging the final interview selected candidates and reviews results.
  • Have experience in bulk hiring (added advantage)
  • Experience with Retail Hiring (added advantage)
  • Taking care of Onboarding
  • Release of Offer letters
  • Working of Portals
  • Indulging the territory into the employee engagement activities

 Location:

Panchkula, Ranchi, Surat, Jaipur, Bhopal

HR Recruiter Requirements:

  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience Range: 1-5 Years
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent record keeping.
