Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner as Store People Officer (Store HR Role) to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.

Core Activities :

  1. Recruitment (On Roll & Off Role)
  2. Managing Employee Life Cycle in HRMS
  3. Employee Engagement Activities
  4. PMS
  5. Contract Management
  6. Compliance Statutory (PF, PT, LWF, S&E, FSSAI, Trade License)
  7. HR Operations- Co-ordination with store Teams
  8. Handling Audits
  9. Initiate Disciplinary Actions
  10. Administration activity at Stores ( If Needed)

Education / Experience / Skills :

  • MBA(HR)/PGDBA(HR) with 3-5 years(overall)
  • Builds relationships and leverages them to drive outcomes
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with strong influencing and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated capability in project and time management skills. A team player with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Should be proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and data-related tools.
