Job Description of PTI Training Coordinator:
Person designated as Training Coordinator is responsible for coordination work of training at PTI including:
1. Coordination of in-house internal & external Training Programmes, Seminars and Workshops
2. Coordination of On-Site/Project-site training Programmes
3. Coordination of Industrial Visits
4. Announcement of the Training Programmes, collect nominations
5. Coordination with internal & external participants or trainees for registration, fees collection and maintaining the records.
6. Arranging Logistic requirements for guest/visiting faculty/and for smooth conduct of the training programmes
7. Follow up services of Facility management and line-up the training programme.
8. Preparing & maintaining Training records & Data
9. Prepare Training Feedback- analysis
10. Preparing purchase request for laboratory equipment, Faculty Services etc
11. Processing Invoice and Bills for Payment
12. Preparing and maintaining various Records
13. Maintaining and recording Departmental Accounts & Expenditure
14. Upgrading and storing all information & Data of PTI
15. Preparing Training Calendar (Yearly, Quarterly)
16. Maintaining & upgrading PTI-Portal & LMS
17. Maintaining Departmental Library
18. Any other training related work assigned by superiors
