Functional Roles

1. Responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of the products in other countries

2. Overseeing the sales, distribution, Operations and marketing across worldwide.

3. Handling enquiries generated through Company’s website and International B2Bwebsites.

4. Working on costing sheet for preparation of competitive quotation for international buyers and distributers.

5. Able to gather market intelligence and identify international business opportunities by identifying prospects.

6. Monitoring all existing and prospective markets worldwide and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities and review all company products and develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients and assist in shipment of warehouse products.

7. Executing sales cycle (From generating lead, processing order part to getting the payment)

8. Achieving sales goals.

9. Having adequate knowledge in customer relationship management.

Strategic Roles

1. Formulating company’s objective through effective planning setting sales goals, analyzing performance, data and projecting future performance.

2. Designing and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.

3. Conducting Market research and analysis on International market.
