Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Job Type: Full-Time Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
● Catering to customer queries received from all functional modes.
● Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as & when needed.
● Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams within Smytten to ensure customer concerns are resolved at the earliest.
● Help improve the internal processes using customer feedback as the main criteria. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualification Graduate degree in any field (minimum) MBA preferred Experience Experience in supply chain in luxury, hospitality or FMCG industry is a plus!! Skills
● Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
● Self -started with “out of the box” and strategic thinking ability.
● Good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
● Ability to juggle between multiple work streams and lots of ambiguity.
● Delivering results with minimal supervision.
● Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating & redesigning processes, establishing & communicating service metrics, monitoring & analysing results and implementing necessary changes.
- Building efficient end-to-end operations by supporting the leadership & planning team.
