We are searching for a Business Development Manager who knows business development processes and techniques inside and out. This candidate will have exceptional knowledge of web & mobile apps development projects, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.
The position will require you to work in our office based in Vadodara, and manage multiple tasks while delivering projects on time and on budget.
· Responsible for placing bids on various bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and PPH.
· Responsible for generating business for the company through various channels and achieving targets.
· Identify, create, and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
· Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.
· Utilise all knowledge and skills in company’s growth
· Provide daily and monthly reports and other required reports.
· Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in business development profile with IT company.
· Must have knowledge of generating leads for website & mobile apps development projects.
· Must have knowledge of bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancers, PPH, etc.
· Must have strong technical knowledge of web development projects. Must have strong knowledge of requirements for Magento, Drupal, Shopify, and WordPress.
· Must have a good understanding of front-end and back-end projects. Must have knowledge of extensions or plugins.
· Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales, and handing over the client to the delivery team. Must have experience with creating PPT and business proposals to send to clients.
· Must have experience with running campaigns for google ads, email marketing, and cold calling.
· Must have experience with dealing with clients on Skype, Email, and Calls.
· Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills.
· Strong negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated to meet targets.
Required Educational Qualifications:
· Education from a technical background will be preferred.
This is a full-time position.
